Appointments, Cancellations & Fees
Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed once booking is completed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Same-day cancellations are subject to the following flat fees:

$60 for general notary services

Up to $120 for loan signing appointments

If the Notary Public is already en route at the time of cancellation, any applicable travel fees will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Worth Enterprises California, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
