Services

We provide California Notary Public, mobile notary, and remote online notarization services.

Notary Disclaimer

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Notarization does not validate the legality or content of documents.

Appointments, Cancellations & Fees

Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed once booking is completed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to the following flat fees:

    • $60 for general notary services

    • Up to $120 for loan signing appointments

  • If the Notary Public is already en route at the time of cancellation, any applicable travel fees will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Worth Enterprises California, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Proper identification is not presented

  • Documents are incomplete or unlawful

  • The signer is unwilling or unable to sign voluntarily

  • The notarization would violate California law

Payments
